Return Policies

• Client Returns to wholesaler must be made within 7 days of end user’s purchase of products, and must be shipped back to Aiona Alive at wholesale distributor’s expense. Product(s) must be unopened and resale ready. On approval, an exchange or credit towards future orders will be made; no cash or credit card refunds are possible. Requests to Aiona Alive for client returns must be made within 7 days of client return to wholesaler.


• New Aiona Alive Wholesale Distributors are eligible for money back less shipping (with approval) on initial orders only within 10 days unless special permission is granted or approved.

• Existing Aiona Alive Wholesale Distributors can return products for approved reasons ONLY within 7 days of receipt of the product. Upon refund approval, for credit card only, a 2.5% service fee may be applied.

• Missing/damaged product in each order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Photos of returned or damaged products may be required. Excessive returns may warrant client to be charged additional fees.

• Aiona Alive has up to 48 hours to process all return requests.

• All Returns are subject to a 25% administration fee.
