We want you to feel confident in your skincare purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

Return Window  

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility  

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and unopened  
- Products must be in original packaging  
- Proof of purchase is required  

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at lisastrong@aionaalive.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

How to Start a Return

 All returns must be approved in advance. Please email us before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

Return Shipping  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

 
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Skin Compatibility

 Because skincare results vary from person to person, we recommend reviewing ingredients carefully and performing a patch test before use. We cannot guarantee individual results.
