At Aiona Alive, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business hidays. During product launches, promotions, or preorder periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will always be communicated clearly.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shippings Times  

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Canada: 3–7 business days  
• USA: 5–12 business days  

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

 Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before taxes and discounts).

Preorders

 If your order includes a preorder item, it will ship once the product becomes available. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase and may be subject to change due to production schedules.

Lost or Damaged Packages

 If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@aionaalive.com with your order number. We will assist you in opening a carrier investigation and help resolve the issue where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

 Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Aiona Alive is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
